Carol Burnett - Her Top 4 Smart and Funny Fitness Tips
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment, Reviews & Products
The secret to thin legs. How to plump up the appearance of a flat fanny. How to stay trim. What exercise does and doesn't count. Carol Burnett shared superb advice on all these topics.
I just saw the legendary funny woman last night and was fortunate enough to ask her a couple of questions. At 73 years young, she really does have a body most women would dream of at that age (including me). In fact, she's always had an amazing physique; just check out her old pics from The Carol Burnett Show!
Burnett is starring in Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett: A Conversation with Carol Where the Audience Asks the Questions and besides answering my questions, she answered some from the audience as well.
On the topic of how she keeps her legs so thin: "I shave off loads of excess hair each day."

Monty Lane Allen - The Country Star Is Trading His Boots for Sneakers
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Country singer Monty Lane Allen has accomplished many things. He's recorded albums and has performed with Country greats like Alan Jackson and Brad Paisley, while on stages in front of big wigs like .... the President of the United States. But beyond his beautiful voice and great talent on the guitar, this country star is an amazing athlete!
Monty Lane Allen is half performer and half jock. Not to say that Country folks can't be athletic, because of course they can be and are. But this guy is serious. He runs marathons on a regular basis and doesn't even feel satisfied with that. He's branching out in to triathlons too.

Will Donny Osmond Join the Cast of Dancing with the Stars
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Last week, I had an exclusive interview with the one and only Donny Osmond. He's currently co hosting ABC's new show Rediscovered, and I thought it would be appropriate to ask what everyone else is probably wondering: "Are you planning on following Marie's footsteps and joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars?"
When Marie competed last year, Donny seemed to spend just as much time on the show throwing in his two cents. He obviously has rhythm and is no stranger to the stage, so why wouldn't he take a stab at that fancy disco ball trophy?
Maybe Donny is afraid of not getting as far in the competition as his sister did? Maybe he's worried about not doing those glittery costumes justice? He's asked this question every day, but until we spoke on the phone, I had never heard him give a definitive answer.
Kate Hudson Wants to Do a Triathlon

As if she's not already perfect enough, Kate Hudson is also uber-fit, at least according to what she told reporters at a recent interview. "Sports are big in my life," says the gorgeous blond star. "I swim, run, bike and dance, play volleyball and soccer, and I want to start training for a triathlon. I'm one of those people who love to be active." Dang. No wonder she looks so good. And when it came to losing 50 pounds of baby weight after giving birth to son Ryder, Hudson stuck to the sports she loves instead of slaving away at the gym, because "life is too short to be concerned with anything but having a great time."
I couldn't agree more.
