Sandras Mixed Up and Kim's Ditching Cellulite

    Yes, she looked great in "The Proposal." After all, she had to share the spotlight with a nude Ryan Reynolds, and she still got our attention. But it didn't come easy -- Sandra Bullock did a wide variety of exercises, depending on whether she's in LA or Austin. She includes Pilates, kick boxing, and weight training, plyometrics, running, and cycling.

Kate HudsonAs if she's not already perfect enough, Kate Hudson is also uber-fit, at least according to what she told reporters at a recent interview. "Sports are big in my life," says the gorgeous blond star. "I swim, run, bike and dance, play volleyball and soccer, and I want to start training for a triathlon. I'm one of those people who love to be active." Dang. No wonder she looks so good.

And when it came to losing 50 pounds of baby weight after giving birth to son Ryder, Hudson stuck to the sports she loves instead of slaving away at the gym, because "life is too short to be concerned with anything but having a great time."

I couldn't agree more.

Cliff Richard - How He's Stayed Healthy During 50 Years of Showbiz

Cliff RichardCliff Richard had sold more albums in Britain than the Beatles, so there's no doubt that he has staying power, both off stage and on it. But as the 68-year-old singer faces 70 in as good health as he's ever been, he's speaking out about how he does after all these years.

"I play tennis three times a week with a pro who runs me ragged but quite often tells me to stop for a minute," he says. As for eating? He avoids a few staples: "I've heard about people with cancer and the first thing their doctors usually advise is to cut out wheat and dairy. Why wait until something is wrong before changing the way you eat? So I don't touch milk or cheese or eat anything containing wheat."

I personally wonder if I can even live without wheat and dairy so this isn't the kind of diet I'd want to adopt. You?
