Q. Hi Fitz, When I go walking with my friends I notice that I often sweat and it shows through the back of my shirt and armpits. I know sweating is good but not when you are the only one that looks like that when walking with other ladies. It is really embarrassing. What can I do? Laney

A. Hi Laney. I'm so sorry you're feeling icky, sticky, and embarrassed walking with your friends. It's rarely fun to feel like the odd one out. I'm thrilled you came to me though, because I can assure you that you are not! I train dozens of people each week, and almost across the board ... every client apologizes to me for sweating profusely.

When Matthew McConaughey trains, he doesn't need a watch and he doesn't need any sort of mile marker to tell him when he's done exercising. The boy just goes and goes and goes ... until he's drenched and exhausted. He simply just tries to run as far away from his starting point as he can.

This is his argument for doing so: "The return trip is always easier. Think about it. One, you can anticipate the road you've already traveled. Two, when it's time to eat the hay, the horses get home no matter how tired they are. Third, you're past the hump. You're in. Each step gets you closer to sitting down and relaxing." He says the beauty of all this is that the path can be different every single time.

Have you ever been playing a basketball game and it was so intense and fast-paced that you couldn't take the time to look up at the scoreboard?

Well, I haven't (at least not in a long time), but for those of you who have experienced this, you're in luck, or, at least, you will be. An Australian company is working on jerseys that have "electro-luminescent displays" which will show information for the players, like the score and time left.

Of course Mr. Shirtless All The Time is not the wearer of that pregnant belly, but he is the father of the baby inside his exotic girlfriend Camila Alves! Yesterday, January 15th, Matthew announced on his personal web site that he and his girlfriend were expecting and are excited about the adventure that comes with raising a child. Camila is three months along.
