Prince Charles seeks fitness advice from Welsh rugby team
We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Prince Charles invited the Grand Slam winning Welsh rugby team to Clarence House (his London home) last week. He spoke to them a bit about their Grand Slam win, but according to player Shane Williams, he was more interested in talking about fitness and training. Williams said that the Prince of Wales was interested in their fitness coach, and that he works out himself quite a bit (perhaps he's using the gym that William built for Kate). As much as Charles might have appreciated the fitness advice, it's almost certain the team appreciated the invitation to Clarence House more -- Coach Warren Gatland said, "It's a fantastic experience to be here, you can smell the history here." The team presented Charles with a framed Welsh rugby shirt at the end of the party.
The Welsh rugby team now has to shake off any ego their Grand Slam win and visit with the Prince might have given them as they head to South Africa to play for the Prince William Cup.
8 ways to cook with basil
Basil is one royal herb. The leaf, Greek for "king," has become a must-have in kitchens across the globe because of its versatility and clean taste. If it hasn't yet made it to your kitchen, give it a try. Here's how.- Add whole or snipped leaves to salad
- Lay leaves on a frozen or homemade pizza
- Chop and add to tomato or spaghetti sauce
- Snip and stir into scrambled eggs before cooking
- Finely chop and stir into a base of mayonnaise and sour cream and use as a sauce for fish
- Place a few leaves in a bowl of salt -- after a few days, the salt will take on the flavor of the basil and can be used for seasoning

Keep in mind these great stats: Basil contains one calorie per five leaves and is almost entirely void of fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, and sugar. It's also chock full of protein, Vitamin E, Riboflavin and Niacin, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, and Manganese.
