Sex, exercise, and rock and roll

Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

According to Keith Richards, rocking and well... rocking headboards is all the exercise he needs.

A founding member of the Rolling Stones, Richards is certainly a rock and roll legend. He has written or co-written hundreds of songs including "Satisfaction," "Brown Sugar," "You Can't Always Get What You Want," and "Jumpin Jack Flash." Citing early inspiration from artists such as Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley, Richards has become one of the world's most influential guitar players. In fact, he's been listed in Rolling Stone Magazine's 100 Greatest Guitar Players of All Time. But his musical talents don't stop at guitar. His backing vocals are on every Stones' album as well as many lead vocals. He's also played keyboards and bass.

Musically, he's hands-down awesome, but he's certainly never been known for a healthy image. His history with drugs (he's reportedly clean now) has him more well known for unusual behavior and run-ins with the law. The man is an musical icon, so I give him his props for that. But as for fitness advice... I think I'll look for a different role model. Though (let's admit it) his choice of workout does sound like a lot of fun!
