How often do you exercise? I eat seven days a week, and I exercise seven days a week!

What type of exercise do you do? Power walking, light weight training (for muscle tone), and yoga (for balance, flexibility, and occasionally turning my organs upside down). I think there's something really healthy about moving your organs around!

Singer Rihanna loves her body

Singer Rihanna, named to PEOPLE's Most Beautiful People of 2007 list, says she owes her body to nothing more or less than diet and exercise.

Egg whites, pineapple, hot water, and lemon are on the 20-year-old's breakfast menu. Lunch: Fish and potatoes. And while she hates veggies, Rihanna makes herself eat them. For dinner: Fish again.

Rihanna, who stands at 5'8", weights 133 pounds, and says her body fluctuates between size two and four, says she is proud of her body, especially her booty. To keep her whole package in shape, she works out with a personal trainer.

Pop phenomenon Rihanna says she knows the answer to maintaining a good figure -- healthy eating, exercise and realizing that carbs, though tasty, are the enemy. Her workout MO is doing lots of cardio and weights three times a week. As for her diet, she consumes mainly fruit, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers and egg whites. Her diet is not so much about losing weight as it is being healthy overall.Despite being in the public eye, she admits that she's fairly self conscious when it comes to her stomach.

Carrots, lettuce, cucumbers and egg whites? I'm not going to lie -- that sounds, erm, pretty boring. Am I naieve to think that a healthy diet can include things that are crave-worthy?
