Well this is one of those subjects, that I, even with all of my degrees and such ... I just can't wrap my head around explaining it perfectly to you. I guess that's what links are for!

Let's just put it this way, a combination of: fruit, gas, fermentation, constipation, pelvic rotation and inflammation can be causing your back pain. I don't think this article will provide the answer to everyone's back pain, but for some ... maybe so!

The article even suggests that a "pooping situation" or "lack of pooping situation" might be responsible for weight gain. So! Without further a-doodoo, click here.

Pump up your sex life with a pair of heels

Healthy Habits, Diet & Weight Loss

Break out those high heels. A recent study from the University of Verona in Italy reports that women whose feet are elevated at a 15-degree angle (that's about a three-inch heel) have more relaxed pelvic muscles than women who wear flats. The more relaxed these pelvic muscle are, the more they can contract and heighten your sexual experience.

Heels may not be your best bet for healthy feet -- but for a healthy sex life, they may be just the ticket. For 20 great tips for wearing and walking in high heel shoes, take a peek at this site. Per reader suggestion, here are some tips for avoiding the pain high heels can cause. And by all means, don't risk life and limb just to sport a pair of pumps in the name of good sex.

Thanks,
Family Circle, for the sexy tip.

Yoga moves for a better sex life

Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Motivation, Men's Health

Though I know that yoga is so beneficial for flexibility as well as mind-body strength, I have yet to try it. But reading Prevention's article about how yoga can lead to a better sex life... well, who wouldn't be tempted to give it a try?

Flexibility obviously can help lead to success in the sack. Many of yoga's moves will increase your flexibility. Yoga is also beneficial for balance which could be helpful if you're, oh, more ambitious and inventive than most. But other yoga moves have more specific bedroom cred. "Root Lock" (or Mula Bandha) will help strengthen your pelvic muscles for increased sexual sensation and control. And "Legs Up the Wall" can help you energize you and leave you ready for other non-yoga positions. And guys? Yoga has some benefits in the bedroom for you, too.

AOL Body has more information on women's sexual health. They've got tips for guys, too.

Ask these questions at your next check-up

Healthy Habits, Womens Health, Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Motivation

I don't think anyone enjoys their yearly check-up. In fact, I know some people who skip it altogether, which is, of course, a terrible idea. Sure getting a pap smear is anything but fun but neither is fighting an uphill battle against cervical cancer. While there are a number of standard tests that your doctor will perform during a yearly exam, there may be other questions that you should be asking.

This guide gives details on important stuff not to forget at you next check-up with respect to every region of your body including head, heart, chest, pelvic area, skin, blood and bones. Things not to forget include whether or not to take an aspirin daily (heart), if a sinus headache could really be a migraine (head), whether you've got dense breasts (chest), if your skin type affects your risk for skin cancer (skin), whether or not you should take the HPV vaccine (pelvis), whether you're at risk for blood clots (blood) and how much calcium you really need (bones).

Lots more questions are included and while they're not all applicable to every person, it might be a good idea to take a look and see if any apply to you before your next visit to the doctor.
