Whitney Port Hikes to Stay in Shape
Come on, just admit it. You watch The Hills, just like the rest of us suckers. Whitney Port, aka the only one who seems somewhat normal and drama-free (though I'm sure that will all change now that she has her own reality series coming out,) recently spoke to OK magazine about the new show and her life on and off the set. When asked how she stays slim and in shape, Whitney says, "I eat healthy, and I work out a couple of times a week with a trainer. I hike a couple of times a week as well." I doubt she'll find many outdoor spaces to hike in NYC but she'll probably do a lot of walking. Moving on: Does she feel the Hollywood pressure to be thin? She says, "There are days that I care more than others. Then there are days when you step back and realize you can't always be so presentable."
Pretty generic answers, but I guess it's more believable than the old 'I'm just naturally thin' excuse. What do you think?
What Britney eats these days
What did you think of Britney's VMA performance this past week? She looks much better than last year's performance, anyway. And I guess it's no wonder when she's spending $22,000 on a makeover. But it hasn't all been easy for the pop princess -- she has been eating well and working hard to get her body back into shape. She recently told OK Magazine how she got back into shape:
- Her Diet: "I have no sugar. I don't eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day ... It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."
- Her Workout: Britney does "A lot of cardio and weights." She works out five days a week -- Monday through Friday.
Keep it up, Britney!

Eva Longoria Parker's booty didn't happen by accident. The petite actress actively works to make sure she keeps a little junk in the trunk. Her trainer, Patrick Murphy, said that Eva does a variety of exercises that work her glute muscles from all different angles in order to get her rear rockin' -- just like regular people. Nice to know it's not all genetics!Jodie Sweetin (you know, the infamous middle child, Stephanie Tanner, from Full House), is a new mom, and she's acting as a guest blogger at OK! Magazine to "blog about her trials, travails and triumphs as she works hard to get back to into her pre-baby shape."
She wants to lose 25 or 30 pounds of extra weight, and in addition to getting her meals from Nutri-System, she's incorporating a new fitness routine. Can't you just picture her yelling back at her trainer, "How rude!"?
