Fergie's Fergalicious Wedding Workout

Fergie is going to be a gorgeous bride, and ain't nothin' gonna get in her way. She and her fine fiance, Josh Duhamel, have finally set a wedding date (January 10!) and to get in shape, she's been working out Every. Single. Day.
Remember, Fergie had to gain 13 pounds for a movie role toward the end of last year, and then, just as it was time to start working off the weight, Thanksgiving reared it's calorie-laden head. Still, she stayed focused, and showed off her hard work at a New Year's Eve concert in Vegas. So how'd she take off the extra padding? Says the star: "A lot of hiking and doing a bunch of sit-ups, working my butt off and just, you know, try to maintain and stay healthy." This time of year a lot of us will probably be trying to follow her Fergalicious example, whether we have a wedding to get all sexy for or not. Kellie Pickler - The Country Star Drops 28 Pounds and Exclusively Tells That's Fit How
Celebrity Fitzness Report, Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment
Curious to know how celebrities squeeze fitness into their daily lives? Want to know the secrets of the stars? Bi-weekly our That's Fit fitness expert Fitz sits down with the celebs we want to know more about, and digs out their great and not-so-great methods to staying healthy.
Kellie Pickler has gone through a wicked physical transition of the past few years. When she auditioned to appear on American Idol, at five feet tall, she weighed in as a featherweight 100 pounds. But by the time the competition and Idol tour was over, she had packed on 28 pounds in less than a year. That's a lot of weight on a very little person. The weight gain made Kellie feel bad, but one fellow celebrity (whom most people love and adore) helped her see the light and lose the weight. Read on to hear her story.
Fitz: Your body has changed a ton since you landed in the spotlight. Tell me about that.
Kellie: Oh my goodness! My body has made a big transformation. When I auditioned for Idol I was only 100 pounds and kind of riding on "the young card." Although I exercised a ton, I think I stayed thin because I was ... young! But my eating habits on Idol and the during the tour became terrible. We were always eating fast food on the road and having late night munchies. I gained 28 pounds in less than a year!
Fitz: How'd you take it off?
Gisele Bundchen Lights Up New Year's - Literally
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
New Year's Eve is fast approaching. When the numbers 2-0-0-9 light up Times Square, they'll have been powered not by traditional energy, but by human-powered energy. Duracell set up a "Power Lodge" in Times Square where people can come and ride a stationary bike to generate energy that will be stored and used during the New Year's celebration. And while many average Joes and Janes are surely contributing to the 230 hours of bike riding needed, some famous faces (and legs) have stopped by as well. Just think -- not only is the Duracell Power Station generating green energy, it's also helping New Yorkers shed some extra calories; 230 hours of bike riding has burned roughly 131,560 calories from the combined volunteers. That's not too shabby!
Gisele Bundchen did her part. She said her efforts were "in support of the Agua Limpa Project which was started by my father and provides clean drinking water to people in regions of Brazil." Good for you, Gisele -- but are you engaged or aren't you?. Other celebs who have hopped on the bike include Katie Couric, Nick Lachey, Natasha Bedingfield and Christian Siriano.

Celebrity Trainer Gunnar Peterson - Look Great in That Little Black Dress
Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
This is the third part of my interview with trainer to the stars Gunnar Peterson. He dished about his celebrity clients, gave us tips on working out faster and smarter, and now, we're wrapping up the interview with tips for fitting into that sexy little dress ... by New Year's Eve!Trying to get ready for a holiday party or hot New Year's Eve date? Gunnar suggests dropping carbs like bread, rice and pasta from your dinner (but don't drop them completely from your diet), getting plenty of sleep, staying hydrated and pushing yourself in your workout with your goal in mind. Fuel yourself for your workouts with some protein a couple of hours beforehand, and stay hydrated throughout your workout -- you'll get more out of it in less time.
If you're going strapless or backless, add some pull-ups into your routine. Gunnar is a big fan of assisted pull-ups using rubber bands, which allow even those who can't do a single pull-up alone to complete several reps. "It gives you a great feeling of accomplishment," he said, "which gets you fired up." Also, throw in some rear shoulder movements, like the reverse fly -- it'll help define muscles and give you better posture.
