Our Shapewear Winner Had a Healthy Valentine's Day
I had a blast reading all of the comments you left in last week's Fit Beauty giveaway -- you shared your Valentine's Day plans with me, and, for the most part, you kept it clean! While I'm sure many of you would make great use of the Enell Sports Bra and Dr. Rey Shapewear, there can only be one lucky winner. And, that lucky winner is Jocelyn, whose Valentine's Day plans included hiking in the afternoon and coming home to a dinner of scallops and squash.
Those of you who didn't win can still get your own undergarment goodies, ranging from sports bras to sexy shapewear, at Bare Necessities.
Giveaway Reminder - Dr. Rey Shapewear and Enell Sports Bra Giveaway Ends Today!
This week's Fit Beauty Giveaway is sexy and functional -- we're giving one lucky reader her choice of one item from Dr. Rey's Shapewear Collection as well as an Enell sports bra. What's great about the lingerie from Dr. Rey Shapewear is that, of course, it smooths and slims you under your clothes, but while other types of shapewear tend to look embarrassingly like granny panties, Dr. Rey Shapewear is sexy, even if your clothes are ... well, elsewhere.
Shapewear is great, of course, but you're a That's Fit reader, so we know your goal is not not need shapewear. So, we're also giving away a fabulous, super supportive sports bra by Enell. To enter, head over to the original post and leave a comment, but hurry -- this contest ends at 5pm Eastern Time today!

Victoria Beckham Shapes Up for Lingerie Shoot
For a woman, the prospect of being photographed in your undies for the world to see elicits only one feeling: overwhelming, all-encompassing dread. Sure, most of us have good reason to be afraid -- extra flab, an unflattering stomach paunch and a lumpy bottom dimpled with cellulite is, in our minds, enough to scare the bejesus out of the general population.
But even stick-thin celebs like Victoria Beckham get anxious about having their near-naked bodies captured on film, apparently. According to recent reports, the fashionista ran nine miles a day for six months in order to look her absolute best for her recent Giorgio Armani Lingerie shoot. A source close to the star says, "Like any woman, she's conscious of her body, so she worked really hard to get into optimum shape."
Even so, her hard work wasn't enough to keep the images from being photoshopped. Which leaves me wondering -- if you have to re-rouch images of a teeny, tiny woman like that, what does that say for the rest of us?
Victoria's Secret Angels Actually Eat!
Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

The Victoria's Secret Angels took to the runway again last weekend, and, as always, the models looked completely perfect. The things that were supposed to be firm were firm, and the areas that needed to be full were full. So how do they get that way (other than fabulous genes)? E! was backstage to steal the Angels' secrets.
For one thing, they eat. However, as you no doubt guessed, they're pretty careful about what they munch on. Model Miranda Kerr munched on mixed greens and scrambled eggs backstage before the show, while Alessandria Ambrosia, who just gave birth two months ago, dished on how she got her body back post-baby. "I was doing 45 minutes of cardio everyday and working out with a trainer. I couldn't have the crazy diets ... because I was breastfeeding."
Adriana Lima also followed a strict training schedule for the month leading up to the runway show, working out two hours a day and cutting out carbs and sugar while loading up on protein. She was looking forward to the show being over, though, saying she would indulge in dessert right away. "... [F]orget about champagne. The first thing I will have is chocolate cake!"
What makes you feel sexy?

What makes you feel sexy? I was talking with some friends the other day, and the whole group of us agreed that sexy has nothing to do with Frederick's of Hollywood. (Those things are just scratchy.) My friend Kristen thought her little black dress made her feel sexy, and Ann felt it was her perfume.
I honestly feel the sexiest things I own are my black cowboy boots. I'm in no way shape or form a western type girl; I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I think that I think my boots are hot, because I feel powerful in them. I love powerful men, so maybe that's the connection. Lingerie had little to do with sexy in the minds of my friends and I.

Q. Help Fitz! I'm mortified, because when I asked my husband what he wanted for Christmas today...he answered, "something sexy"! I could die! Fitz, I'm about 40 pounds overweight and could not squeeze into anything sexy at all. Christmas is about four weeks away. How do I lose weight fast? Marcy
A. Oh my Marcy! I think you're confused here. It sounds to me like you don't have to do a darn thing for that man of yours to think you're sexy. Since he specifically asked you for a sexy gift, he already wants you bad! Nice going. In fact, if I were you.....I'd be feeling really great about myself right now. Start thinking in terms of an actual gift.
Lingerie doesn't always have to be super slinky. How about a cutesy little elf outfit? A little velvet and fur are always racy this time of year. Maybe you can sign the two of you up for Latin dancing lessons? Hace Calor! A weekend away, a couples massage, body lotions, and adult toys obviously fill the sexy requirement as well.
If you want to lose weight Marcy, do it the right way. Change the habits that led you to gain 40 extra pounds in the first place. Start eating highly nutritious and lower calorie foods. Exercise daily as well. But, you don't need to do a thing for that man to think your sexy. He wants to have fun with you. Hooray! Let him! Just keep this in mind. Leary, uncomfortable, and miserable are not sexy qualities.....even on a supermodel. Confidence, energy and passion are always hot. I normally don't say this, but I wish you a very Sexy Christmas! Fitz
Q. What's up, Fitz? I'm hosting a small holiday party for a few close friends next week. I'm totally in to fitness and always eat really healthfully, but some of my friends do not. Am I going to seem like a total loser party pooper if I don't serve them crap food? I just don't want to bring that greasy, sugary junk into my home. Nonetheless serve it to my friends. Have any suggestions? Rey
