Model Miranda Kerr Loves Fried Chicken
When your job is to parade around in your underwear in front of thousands of people, you gotta look good. That's why Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr recently slimmed down for a lingerie show. But she admits that trimming down is never easy, especially because she has a fondness for high calorie fried foods -- or at least one such food in particular. "My favourite snack is fried chicken," says the gorgeous Kerr, adding "I make it myself!"
Wait, she snacks on fried chicken and looks that good? When I eat it, I'm relegated to my fat pants for at least a week. How fair is that?
And guess what? She's not the only one, as Female First reports. 50 Cent, Rihanna, Michael Jackson and Jennifer Lopez have all admitted to having a fondness for the Colonel's recipe by indulging in a little KFC.

Are you tired of hearing about Jennifer Lopez's triathlon yet? She completed it last weekend. Find out whether she crossed the finish line with flying colors or not here.
There's no doubt that Jennie Garth looks just as good on 90210 this time around as she did the first time the series aired, but to get her body in rocking shape, she's relying on one really interesting technique -- keeping her muscles confused.

Jennifer Lopez's much-anticipated triathlon occurred this weekend, and the singer/dancer/actress/new mom completed the race in two hours, 23 minutes, and 28 seconds, smiling the whole time. She wasn't the only celebrity taking part in this year's Nautica Malibu Triathlon -- Matthew McConaughey and Anna Kournikova also competed in the half-mile ocean swim, 18-mile bike ride, and four-mile run.Lopez received plenty of encouragement -- she was cheered on my hubby Marc Anthony as well as McConaughey. However, the cause she was running for might have been encouragement enough, seeing as how she raised $127,000 for the Children's Hospital of L.A.
But, if you know JLo, you know that drama tends to follow her, and this is no exception. She pulled out of a guest judging stint for the finale of Project Runway the day it was set to film, just days before the triathlon. Her excuse? A foot injury. I'm thinking (well, hoping, actually) that she was just experiencing a little pain and wanted to get it in the best shape possible for her race. And, she obviously did -- not only did she finish the race, but later that night, she was dressed to the nines for her husband's birthday bash ... in New York!
J Lo: 50 lbs slimmer since giving birth
Pop sensation Jennifer Lopez recently revealed that she's lost 50 lbs since giving birth to twins Emme and Max six months ago, according to the latest issue of Woman's World Magazine.
How did she do it? Well, aside from working out regularly with her personal trainer, Jen apparently did what many celebs are doing these days -- she signed up for a food delivery service. Freshology offers a package specially designed for new mommies called Fresh Mommy. But before you start googling Freshology, consider this: The price for the service is about $450 a week.
Looking to lose the baby weight but can't afford that price tag? Calorie Lab has some tips on how you can imitate J-Lo's post pregnancy diet.

The All-American Rejects certainly don't reject healthy living. The rockers stay healthy on tour, and are sporting mustaches for one of the hottest health drinks around.Mariah Carey makes the most of her workout by adding water to the mix. She loves that a pool workout provides resistance and burns more calories, and even took her workout on vacation.
After getting some rotten press about her body, Jennifer Love Hewitt made it known that she was perfectly happy with her body, and that if she did lose any weight, it would be for health. Well, the curvaceous beauty has lost the weight, and she looks fabulous, but some are questioning the strength of her body image message now that she's dropped the pounds.
We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs: Jennifer Lopez is ready to tri
Healthy Events, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Lopez is participating in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on September 14 and is using the race to raise money for Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The race starts with a half mile ocean swim, goes on to an 18 mile out and back bike ride, and ends with a four mile run. And the new mom is ready, spending an hour and a half each day working out in her home gym.
She said she decided to do a triathlon after watching one on TV while eight months pregnant, and credits her high school track background with her "Can do!" attitude. She told Self, "The team was a big part of my life back then and taught me so many things. When I look back on my life and what I'm able to do, it's partly because of that early training. It taught me discipline, how to be committed, about striving to win, stamina, all that good stuff."

Helen Mirren showed the world that sex appeal doesn't end at a certain age. When photos popped up of her in a bikini, the internet went into a frenzy -- who knew 63 could look so good?Speaking of bodies that look great in a bikini, Anna Kournikova seems to added some of her signature curves back to her figure. When she took part in a triathlon earlier this year, many spoke up about how tiny and thin she looked, but in recent photos, her body is more like what we've come to expect, and she looks gorgeous.
Anna isn't the only celeb who's trained for a triathlon -- Jennifer Lopez is training for a triathlon, to take place this October. The workouts are helping her lose the weight she put on when carrying her twins, and she's already looking slender.

We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs Weekly Roundup
This has been a Gwyneth Paltrow-heavy week. First of all, the mother of two spoke up about her battle with post-partum depression after the birth of her second child, son Moses. She said, "I felt really out of my body ... really down ... really pessimistic." She thinks part of the problem was that she stopped taking time for herself and neglected her usual wellness treatments, such as acupuncture and massage. And, as long as we're talking about Gwynnie and gawking, there's no WAY I'm going to leave out the wardrobe she's been sporting while stumping for her new flick, Iron Man. First of all, there have been shoes -- shoes with heels of half a foot or so. And then the dresses! Gwyneth has been rocking the shortest minidresses imaginable, mostly with great success. She certainly has the body to pull it off, although I'm firmly of the opinion that nobody should wear a skirt so short that there's serious risk of a panty-flash, no matter how fab the legs are.
In other Gwyneth news, her trainer (who she says Madonna stole) gave USWeekly a diet and exercise program designed to allow participants to lose three to five pounds a week. It doesn't look too healthy to me, so I think I'll stick with a more moderate plan and be happy to drop just a pound or two weekly.
Jennifer Lopez plays with her leftover baby belly
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment
While Jennifer Lopez was pregnant, there were rumors that she was unhappy with, even embarrassed by, the amount of weight she gained. However, she's now proudly announcing that she put on 50 pounds while carrying her twins, and though she acknowledges that it's a lot, she feels she had good reason. She told OK! Magazine, "I gained a good amount of weight, which I was focused on because twins can sometimes have a low birth weight. I gained 45-50 pounds, a lot for my frame, but for twins it's right on." She also said she was proud of how she looks after giving birth, flaws and all. Lopez even admitted playing with her "little leftover belly."
I've got to say that it's refreshing to see a celebrity who is happy with her post-pregnancy body, even enjoying it a little (or pretending she is). So many stars feel such pressure to drop right back down to a size six (or zero, Nicole Richie), and that's just not realistic for anyone who can't spend all day with trainers and personal chefs.
J-Lo not happy with her pregnancy weight gain?
After what seems like years speculation and dreaded 'baby bump' watches, Jennifer Lopez finally admitted she was pregnant, much to the delight of many fans. But with the joyful glow of pregnancy comes another concern to someone who is in the public eye: weight gain. According to this article, while J-lo is excitedly anticipating the new addition to her family, she is less than impressed with the weight gain that goes along with it. She's apparently gained 42lbs already and has vowed to do a 'Victoria Beckham' by hiding away until after the birth, when she's back in shape.
What do you think -- is it normal to loathe weight gain, or should she try to appreciate her pregnancy?
Jennifer Lopez looking 'real' in a bikini
So celebrities look great (most of them, anyway), and despite ourselves we love it. It's still nice to see the real thing sometimes, but in today's world of airbrushing and photoshop that makes them look impossibly good, and tabloids snatching up every horror shot that makes them look impossibly bad, we rarely get that chance.Well here's one of those chances. The Skinny Website has some photos of Jennifer Lopez on the beach in a bikini with her husband and she looks very real. She doesn't look perfect, but she's beautiful all the same. I think it's great.
Workout secrets of top celebrities revealed
Two words: air brushing.
Ok, I'm not being fair. Most celebrities do workout quite a bit and watch what they eat to maintain those perfect figures. Want some examples?Angelina Jolie used a climbing wall and plyometric exercises to get in shape for Tomb Raider. Penelope Cruz is a ballerina. For more secrets, check out the article.
Do you think it's all fake, or are these celebrities really as aesthetically perfect as we think?
