J Lo: 50 lbs slimmer since giving birth

Pop sensation Jennifer Lopez recently revealed that she's lost 50 lbs since giving birth to twins Emme and Max six months ago, according to the latest issue of Woman's World Magazine.

How did she do it? Well, aside from working out regularly with her personal trainer, Jen apparently did what many celebs are doing these days -- she signed up for a food delivery service. Freshology offers a package specially designed for new mommies called Fresh Mommy. But before you start googling Freshology, consider this: The price for the service is about $450 a week.

J-Lo not happy with her pregnancy weight gain?

After what seems like years speculation and dreaded 'baby bump' watches, Jennifer Lopez finally admitted she was pregnant, much to the delight of many fans. But with the joyful glow of pregnancy comes another concern to someone who is in the public eye: weight gain.

According to this article, while J-lo is excitedly anticipating the new addition to her family, she is less than impressed with the weight gain that goes along with it. She's apparently gained 42lbs already and has vowed to do a 'Victoria Beckham' by hiding away until after the birth, when she's back in shape.

Jennifer Lopez just gave new proof of how sexy and capable pregnant women can be. She seemed to bust all of her old Fly Girl moves and do it well during her Dancing with the Stars performance. Her clothes were breezy as to hide her bump, but if one didn't know she was expecting before the show...they would never had known as a result of it.

I say "good for her", and "thanks" too. Pregnancy is certainly a time for cautiousness, but she wasn't risky.....she was just doing her job. In hindsight, I wish I would have vamped it up a bit more when I was pregnant. Oh well. Maybe I'll have an oops! baby and get my chance. Thanks Jennifer for the inspiration.

Celebrities always look great, and seeing as they're always in our face on TV, at the supermarket check-out and pretty much everywhere else, we get this idea that that's how we should look. So it's no surprise that we eat up celebrity workout secrets like freshly baked and buttered bread. Just how do they look so good?
