Intravenous adminstration of vitamin C may help fight cancer

Maybe this is old news to some of you, but I just came across an article about vitamin C's efficacy in fighting various types of cancer. Specifically, the article highlighted cases where extremely high doses of this vitamin were administered intravenously, making the concentration of the dosage as much as 70 times higher than what is found in pill form.
Amazingly, at this high concentration, vitamin C ostensibly becomes toxic to cancer cells but does not harm the body's cells. A recent study, published in the Journal of Korean Medical Science, also found that combining oral vitamin C with intravenous administration helps relieve nausea and pain, and also improved appetite and outlook, in terminal cancer patients.
In terms of prevention, vitamin C in the lower dosage pill form, combined with vitamin E and a healthy diet, seems to be an effective means of keeping the body healthy.
