Daily Fit Tip: Walk while shopping this holiday season

If you are one of the brave souls who will be seeing plenty of in-store bargain shopping this holiday season, an easy way to get in some calorie burning would be to walk that cart around the store a few times while loading up on those holiday deals.

If you're a regular to Kohl's, Target, Toys R Us or other retailers, there's nothing preventing you from taking that cart around the store several times (loaded or empty) and get in some exercise before you check out for leave that nice, warm store for what is probably a very cold outside. Unless you're in Southern California, of course.

This may sound pointless, but starting some kind of habit like this while shopping this month may lead to an easier transition once the new year arrives and you find yourself making those resolutions. Get started this December and make it easier.
