Jenna Fischer's New Year's Resolution
We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs, Celebs & Entertainment

TV's cutest secretary manages to look great, despite spending her time behind a desk at The Office. Jenna Fischer, aka Pam, recently shared her healthy habits with the folks at Health.com. "I tell myself that from Christmas to New Year's, I'm not going to worry about what's happening foodwise," she says. "The start of the year is an easy time to commit to a new health plan. If I know I'll be eating a lot around the holidays, I make sure I set up extra training sessions. And I'm fortunate to live in L.A., where I can go hiking and be active outside year-round."But what about the rest of the year? Her goal is to avoid preservatives. "I spent two weeks in France last summer. I ate everything and came back 2 pounds lighter. Someone told me it's because of all the fresh food I had while I was there. So now I try to eat preservative-free."
She does treat herself every so often -- to sushi, her favourite meal. Sounds like my kinda girl.
Naomi Watts - Baby Sucked Her Slim
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment

Naomi Watts, just shy of one month after giving birth to son Samuel, is pretty much back to her pre-baby figure. And to what does she owe her rapid weight loss? "I'm breast feeding," says the 40-year-old Naomi. "And he's sucking it all out of me, it seems. And when the baby comes out, it's a lot of weight right there."
Yea, I get that. The births of my big babies (both were more than 10 pounds) caused me to shed 20 pounds on their delivery days. But what about the 30 that remained? No way breastfeeding can tackle that pudge. Or can it? Tell us what you think.
K-Fed Needs to be Fed Less
Back when he was Mr. Spears, there were a lot of negative things said about Kevin Federline, but chubby wasn't one of them -- the former dancer-turned-babydaddy was nothing if not slender. But things have changed since he and Brit broke it off -- he seems to have gone from chump to chunk at an alarming speed. Check out these photos of K-Fed out and about with his new woman. He's noticeably ... um ... heftier, shall we say? In fact, he appears to be borderline obese. That's not a very good example to set for the kids, K-Fed. And anyway, what happened to the workout DVD that was in the works?
However, his other ex, Shar Jackson, is quick to jump to his defense. "It's daddy weight!" she says. "When you are a full time parent, sometimes you can't focus on you. If gaining a few pounds is your only problem, life's not too bad!" Adds his spokesperson: "'He's very happy with the way he looks."
I hate to say it, but maybe he should check out Britney's workout video? Just a thought.
Emma Watson Thinks Thin is Ugly
In a world where so many Hollywood starlets cave in to the insurmountable pressure to be thin, it's nice when someone young, impressionable and promising goes against the grain. Take Harry Potter's Emma Watson, for instance. The pretty and talented actress recently admitted that she doesn't think thin is beautiful, saying "I don't think it's very pretty to be really, really skinny. It's not inspirational at all for me."Still, it's easy for her to say -- she's 18 and naturally slim, after all. "I'm lucky and I'm this size naturally," she concedes, adding, "I don't diet and I don't aspire to be super skinny. I just don't think it's very pretty. Even if I wanted to be that skinny, I love food and I love cooking and I love sitting down and having nice meals, so it just wouldn't be possible for me."
Good for her -- now let's hope that a slowing metabolism in 10 years time doesn't change her healthy body image.
