Gwyneth Paltrow has always kept a slim, trim figure, and soon you might have a chance to train with the cool blonde -- without gym equipment!
A source recently told The Sun, a British newspaper, that Gwyneth might be releasing a workout DVD, on which she'll "show what she does each day to stay slim -- mostly Pilates, yoga, and resistance training."
The only catch? Gwynnie is rumored to work out for two hours a day, and while I know I'd love to go through a workout with her, I also know I can't commit that kind of time each day to an exercise video. Whether Gwyneth actually puts out a video or not, there are plenty of celebs who have videos out there -- you might be surprised at some of the names out there!
Marc Jacobs: Addicted to exercise
By now, it's no secret that famous designer Marc Jacobs has been to rehab a couple of times for help with his addictions to alcohol and drugs. But while replacing one addiction with another is usually not considered healthy, Jacobs has found one new addiction that is: Exercise.
In the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, Jacobs admits that he often goes to the gym for three hours at a time. And he complements his new routine by eating well, following an eating plan prescribed to him by nutritionist Lisa Duncan to rid him of digestive problems. On the menu these days? Nutrient powerhouses like mangosteen, goji, noni, and açaí berries.
Armstrong back on bike, backs off on sex
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

The fact is, says the 36-year-old elite athlete, cancer survivor, and celebrity hook-up guy, that if he's riding his bike five, six, seven hours a day, he just can't be a winner in the sex department. "You have fatigue, low testosterone and a lower libido," says Armstrong.
Imagine what he will have, though -- strength, endurance, and an impressive level of fitness as he begins his quest for what might be one of sport's biggest ever comebacks.

Gordon Ramsay hates vegetarians
Ever wondered what Gordon Ramsay's biggest nightmare is? Well, you don't have to anymore-- In a recent interview, Ramsay revealed: 'My biggest nightmare would be if the kids ever came up to me and said "Dad, I'm a vegetarian." Then I would sit them on the fence and electrocute them."
This is just the latest of Ramsay's verbal assaults on vegetarians, according to The Daily Mail, and he's not winning any popularity contests because of it. But as the article points out, he's so adamantly against vegetarianism that he actually convinced 50 vegetarians to try veal.
I can't even pretend to understand where Ramsay is coming from -- if you ask me, being a vegetarian is not only a healthy lifestyle choice but a delicious one too.
