Let Olympic inspiration become perspiration

However, I find a lot of people use the Olympics as an excuse to sit and watch TV (and, possibly, even order unhealthy food, as Chris pointed out). And I say, no more! Get inspired, and then perspire!
Watching live finals at 10 p.m. might not make it feasible to hit the gym right away, in which case you can save your serious workouts for the following day. However, if you're watching during primetime or earlier in the day, I've got a few ideas for burning calories during commercial breaks.
