Kim Kardashian - What Is She Hiding?
Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

Kim Kardashian: What exactly do you do to stay so fit? I ask because we jealous women of the world want to know what we should do to look like you. I mean, it seems you don't exactly embrace the sort of diet and fitness lifestyle we keep hearing is key for keeping thin. And I know you have a biggish booty -- but it's firm, it's tight, it's not jiggly. We like that. You tell us here that you simply will not diet, because it makes you miserable. We hear you. Then you reveal that sleep and water keep you thin. We know this just can't be. We sleep. We drink water. Still, we don't look like you. Life & Style reports in the December 15 issue that you run for 30 minutes per day (is that enough?), eat tons of treats, (but only after filling up on healthy stuff first), and bake your own cookies and cakes (not exactly diet food, my friend).
Now, you do admit to being active -- with Olympic step-dad Bruce Jenner in your household, this makes sense. But come on. You've got a secret, and it's not as easy as sleep and water. Fess up, Kim. We need to know.
Hot Post-Baby Bodies - How Do Celebrities Really Score Those Things?
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment
We love/hate a good post-baby body celebrity story around here. There's nothing like living vicariously through a hot Hollywood momma who drops her baby weight in record time and struts the red carpet with utter confidence. We can always dream, right? There's a a bunch of starlets who have recently won their bodies back after giving birth. We've seen these seven do it: Halle Berry, Nicole Kidman, Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez. WOW, do these gals look good -- no fair!
People magazine wants to know who you think looks best. Visit this site, flip through some photos, and cast your vote if you wish. What we want from you, though, is your vote on another matter. We want to know how you think these ladies lost their extra luggage. Forget what they say. Good genes, running after baby and breastfeeding -- we don't buy it. So you tell us, what's the real deal?

Gordon Ramsay Hates Prince Charles' Produce - Calls It Boring and Processed
Celebs & Entertainment, Nutrition & Supplements

Did you even know Prince Charles has a line of organic produce? Sure enough. The 59-year-old established a company called Duchy Originals to market a variety of organic foods, including produce, oatmeal crackers and meat. Sounds yummy to me. But Ramsay says, "When I looked at his Duchy food I was gobsmacked, amazed, dumbfounded at what I discovered." Who is this guy to criticize another man's fruits and veggies? He's apparently the police of all things salty and sugary.
Ramsay claims he discovered a lot of sodium and sugar in Charlie's goods -- and high prices too. But the folks with Duchy Originals say they are proud of their top-quality goods, which are made from wholesome, natural ingredients.
Want to learn more about the prince's produce and make your own call? Get the scoop right here. And quick: Hide your salt and sugar -- you don't want to be the next one to gobsmack the Chef, do you?
SNL's Amy Poehler Debuts Body After Baby
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment

Moms with new babies don't need to slink down catwalks in revealing garb just after their hospital discharge. So go away Brooke Burke and your Taut belly wrap (if only it were really as easy as binding your belly). I'd rather look at Amy, who incidentally, will probably be teeny-tiny in another few weeks. Then I'll hate her too.
Oprah and Angelina - Take a Hint from the World's Most Influential Women

Recently, Oprah Winfrey and Angelia Jolie were named the world's most influential women. This news is not surprising, really -- Lady O has a huge empire branded to her name, and Jolie is not only the highest-paid actress in Hollywood leading the world to change as an ambassador for the United Nations, she's the leader of her own united nation as the mother of six.
What's their secret to success? Well, that's up for debate but if you ask me, their healthy lifestyles play a role. Oprah's been a pillar of healthy habits -- her 21-vegan cleanse and participation in a marathon are evidence of this. As for Angelina? Running around with the kids and doing pilates has helped her develop a healthy body image.
So take a hint from these inspirational leaders -- take care of your body, believe in yourself and success will follow.
Lance Armstrong - Training Hard For Win #8
Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Lance Armstrong wasn't kidding when he said he was making a cycling comeback. He's got one hard body to prove that he's knee deep in Tour de France training, and the 37-year-old tells Men's Health magazine all about it.
Armstrong has vowed to submit to a program of blood testing to prove he isn't using performance-enhancing drugs. Sounds like he's the real thing -- what do you think?
Quarterback Tom Brady - Well Done Is Better Than Well Said
Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Nutrition & Supplements
Well done is better than well said. First spoken by quarterback Tom Brady and then published by Tony Gentilcore on Pediatrics Now, I'm thinking this quote is just perfect for those of us whose minds are on diet and fitness. We can say all we want about eating healthy and exercising with passion and determination. But unless we practice what we preach, does it really matter? Nope. Now, I know we humans are not perfect and of course, we're going to indulge in a piece of cake and skip a workout now and then -- but keeping this quote in the back of your mind just might help you stay on track more than you fall off.
Next time you find yourself spouting the merits of fresh fruits and veggies to a colleague, make a point of infusing some new produce into your own diet. After encouraging your spouse to get his or her lazy butt off the couch, force yours out of the sitting position too and get on the treadmill. For each recommendation you make to someone, take action for yourself. I just told my husband today that I know why he weighs a few pounds more now than he did a few months ago -- he's been picking at sweets more than usual -- and then I realized I'm in the same boat, not with sweets, but that yummy dip with Fritos I ate last night certainly isn't doing anything for me today.
No more Fritos for me -- because well done is definitely better than well said. Thanks, Tom Brady, for reminding me.
