Did you indulge in a little bubbly on Thanksgiving? Mariah Carey might have -- but not until after 3 PM.Mariah shared on Wednesday's episode of Ellen that she doesn't drink early in the day -- her excuse for not toasting with Ellen, who wanted so badly to get the superstar to admit she's pregnant. Mariah promises there is no baby on the way. It was just too early for a drink, she said. Plus, champagne is too fattening for her.

Eva Longoria-Parker Relies on Control-Top Panties Too
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria-Parker made headlines a couple of months ago when she gained weight for her role on the TV show and famously admitted she was 'not pregnant, just fat.' These days, the weight's gone, but Longoria-Parker recently fessed up about her slimmer figure by revealing that she relies on those magic weapons that all modern women have in their closets -- Spanx. The revelation came after the actress was spotted looking fab at a party hosted by Allure magazine.
I, for one, feel better knowing that even tiny, gorgeous women like Eva don the Spanx to trim their tummies. What about you?
Britney Spears - Dancing is the Best Therapy
From tubby to trim, awful to awesome, head-case to hubba hubba, Britney Spears has been on a crazy journey over the last few years, but she's made a pretty spectacular comeback. She's looking great, her career seems to be back on track and she hasn't done any bizarre publicity stunts in ages. Does Spears credit her recent sanity to a good shrink or a stint in rehab? Nah -- in a recent interview, she admitted that dancing is the best therapy."Everybody has a world that they create around themselves. If I have a lot of nervous energy, when I start dancing it goes away and I just feel emotion. It's like a rollercoaster," says the songstress. "People think that if you go through something in your life you need to go to therapy, but for me art is therapy because you are expressing yourself in such a spiritual way."
Britney's definitely on to something here -- dancing is good for the soul and body. Plus it's a really fun way to get fit.
