A few weeks ago I interviewed the TLC Trading Spaces host Paige Davis for my Celebrity Fitzness Report. Paige was open, honest, and hysterical. We blabbed for an hour and Oh Boy! did she fill it all up! One of the standard questions I ask my Celeb Fitzness guests is what their favorite vacation spot is, and whether or not they work out while on vacation. Paige gave me the best response I'd ever had to that question. Read on to find out what it is. Maybe you too, can incorporate her training into your other holiday activities?

**Actual excerpt from Celebrity Fitzness Report.interview with Paige Davis.

Fitz: Where is your favorite place to vacation?

Paige: Vegas. And, I know it's totally gag-me, but I love Disney World too!

Curious to know how celebrities squeeze fitness into their daily lives? Want to know the secrets of the stars? Bi-weekly our That's Fit fitness expert Fitz sits down with the celebs we want to know more about, and digs out their great and not-so-great methods to staying healthy.

Hooray for Paige Davis! I just got done interviewing the delightful host of TLC's Trading Spaces and I genuinely like her a lot. We spent an hour blabbing our brains out, and I have to tell you that the girl is as easy, sweet and likable in person as she is on the show. The world of home improvement fans exhaled a collective sigh of relief when TLC announced they were bringing back their beloved Paige.

She's sweet, she's smart, and she happens to have a smoking body. She's been professionally dancing for a very long time, and has some terrific advice to help get the rest of us in super shape as well. Paige's perspective on both life and fitness seems to be on track. Her enthusiasm is contagious. If you'd like to catch a case of her 'perfect life' germs...read on!

Fitz: You've been gone from Trading Spaces for a few years, and just finished shooting the first half of the new season. How'd it go?

Paige: Great! We've shot 13 episodes so far. It's been different, but great! It's wonderful to be back working with all of my friends who were there before. It is so much fun working with Frank. And Doug is like a sibling to me. We have this silly chemistry, and we just poke fun at each other and have a blast all the time. Plus, I've made lots of new friends. I love it.

Fitz: Moving is really hard work. The audience may wonder of you're just the cute perky girl hosting the show, without having to actual pitch in to the tasks. How much physical labor do you actually do while filming?

Is Paige Davis going to pose nude?

Maybe so! I just got done chatting with the host of TLC's Trading Spaces, which by the way...is a lovely thing to do. Paige is saucy, fun and really very sweet. The type of girl you want to live right next to. I was interviewing Paige for a future Celebrity Fitzness Report and she was totally open and honest.

We talked health, fitness and show business. We also talked a bit about nudity. One of my reader's suggestions was to ask Paige if she'd ever pose in the buff. She didn't say no. In fact, under the 'right circumstances' she would do it. She didn't say she would do it to show off her fantastic figure (which she has) though......

Jody needs your help!

I have a magnificent personal training client, Jody. He recently turned 60 and has been training with me since Christmas Eve. He arrived at 320 pounds and has lost an amazing 40 already. He trains most days of the week and does a variety of exercises including: kickboxing on the heavy bag, treadmill walking, rebounding, weights, dancing and more.

He took off with a bang, but his progress has stalled over the past month. He's not on any particular diet, I've just given him the tools to make healthy eating choices throughout his day. He has the ability to be incredibly strong, and also the ability to say "screw it" and eat poorly too frequently lately (he's regained four pounds). He's tried to lose weight and failed too many times before, and I'm not going to allow him to fail this time. His goal is to lose at least 100 pounds which is completely reasonable and attainable.

Jody thrives on love and positive feedback, so since I am the fortunate trainer with access to the world via That's Fit .... I thought I'd ask you for your help. Have personal stories of success or words of encouragement to help get Jody moving again? Put em' in the comments section. I'll make sure Jody checks in to read them. Maybe your words will encourage the millions of other folks out there in his same situation as well. In return, I'll keep you posted on his progress and let you know how you're helping! Thanks in advance! Fitz

Jody flies free!

Free of seat belt extenders that is! I've been training this amazing gentleman Jody since December 23, 2006. The day Jody arrived at my gym he weighed 316 pounds, and just the week prior he tipped the scales at 320. At 59 years old he was ready to drop down to 200 pounds and get his life back; I was eager to help him take it.

Jody signed up to train with me seven mornings a week. He's a real guy with real goals. He's not looking for 'ripped abs' or a chisel chest; he just wants to function in the world without complication and enjoy the regular things most take for granted. Flying without the humiliation of asking for seat belt extenders is one of them.

Jody has done a combination of walking, kickboxing on the heavy bag, strength training, and just recently we've added rebounding. He's shown up almost every day since and has worked like a dog. Gritting his teeth, huffing and puffing, cursing on occasion, and doing everything I ask him to do. More importantly he's been responsible on the 23 hours of each day that he does not spend with me. He's changed his eating habits dramatically, curbed drinking at the many social events he's invited to, and utilized fantastic will power over the holidays.
