Kevin Federline has gone from K-Fed to K-Fat, and now he's in therapy to try and shed some of the chub. But the former Mr. Britney Spears isn't going at it alone. Kevin Federline and his fellow overweight competitors from "Celebrity Fit Club" are in weight-loss therapy to try to ditch the pounds and leave the reasons they gained them behind.
While some may think it would be entertaining to be in a room with Federline, group leader and "High School Musical" star, KayCee Stroh tells E! that he's just one of the guys. "He's actually quite shy and quiet and soft-spoken. But when he pipes in, he's very funny and really witty." In addition to the group counseling sessions, Stroh says everyone on the show must keep a daily journal.
In case you missed it, "Celebrity Fit Club" is VH1's answer to reality weight-loss television. Eight celebs are divided into two teams competing to lose weight and get fit. In addition to Stroh, Federline's other teammates include Skid Row musician Sebastian Bach and Tanisha Thomas from "The Bad Girls Club."

Then, she gained it back, but lost it again through diet and exercise. And then she talked about how much sex she and her husband were having. And it, too, was gross.
Now, Wilson is gearing up to shoot a weight-loss reality show on GSN, reports the LA Times. After giving birth to the most recent addition to her family, the singer (wait, when did she last sing something?) has had trouble losing the 50 pounds of baby weight she gained during pregnancy, so, naturally, she's turning to the spotlight to help her shed the weight.
Colin Farrell: Unhealthiest diet ever?
Celebrities slimming down for a film is nothing new, but one would hope they'd do it in the healthiest way possible -- after all, yo-yoing weight is unhealthy enough as it is. Hunky Irish actor Colin Farrell recently slimmed down dramatically for his role in the upcoming film Triage. How did he do it? Here's what he ate each day according to FitCeleb:
- Two cans of tuna
- Black coffee
- Diet Coke
That's it. That's about a net caloric intake of 300 calories a day. No wonder he lost 44 pounds. Though Farrell previously said his weight loss was healthy, he's changed his tune -- he now admits that his weight loss was not 'healthy' or 'advisable.' No kidding, huh? He has since gained it back: "I just ate like a pig,'" the actor says.
This is probably the least healthy way to slim down, don't you think?
