Jennifer Love Hewitt might have a body that many of us envy, but she sees a big difference between her body now and when she was younger. She even went so far as to say she wishes she had been nude from 12 to 28!

Pregnancy is tough on all bodies, and Laila Ali had a concern that many moms to be experience -- she was afraid that, since she was already a "big girl," that pregnancy would make her huge! That's not exactly the case, though -- check out how she's handling pregnancy right here.

We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs: Misty May-Treanor joins DWTS cast

We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

See you later, Kerri Walsh -- it looks like beach volleyball superstar Misty May-Treanor will be trying out a new partner ... at least for this season's Dancing With the Stars. She's not only content to be the winningest beach volleyball female of all time, or to have two beach volleyball gold medals -- she wants to be the best dancer, too!

I'm a little biased, since I'm a huge fan of Misty to begin with, but I have to say this is the most excited I've been for DWTS. While I enjoy seeing celebrities out there dancing, I like watching the athletes on the show even more. Seeing people with quick feet on the court or field translate that talent to dancing footwork is fascinating, and is a big reminder that athleticism comes in many forms.

Misty will be joined by fellow gold medal winner Maurice Greene, a sprinter, and retired football player Warren Sapp, along with Brooke Burke, Kim Kardashian, Susan Lucci, and others. Will you be tuning in?

For me, it not only helps me appreciate the effort it took for them to achieve that level of greatness, but it also inspires me to push harder in my workouts -- I might not be able to keep up with them, but I can try!

Lots of athletes have taken the opportunity to speak about their fitness routines, eating habits, and more. We've pulled a bunch of their information together, so to see what your favorite Olympian does to stay in shape, keep clicking the "Next" button!

Train like an Olympian: Kerri Walsh, beach volleyball

Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment

Kerri Walsh, along with her partner Misty May-Treanor, has dominated the sport of beach volleyball for several years now. They won gold in Athens in 2004, and they're back for this year's games in Beijing, ready to repeat.

Kerri has some specific exercises that she feels are must-dos for her sport. She's a big believer in Pilates, as core strength is incredibly important in volleyball, and does "fast twitch training with her trainer Tommy Knox," which helps her to have greater boosts of strength and speed. Additionally, Kerri makes sure she does squats, shoulder exercises, cleans, and lunges. For cardio, she incorporates intervals to improve her performance.

Like anyone who trains as hard as she does, Kerri does experience the occasional injury. She recovers by drinking lots of water and using ice and heat. She also uses massage to get her body ready to compete.

Fit Factor: Volleying for fun and fitness

Some people don't mind, or even like solitary activity, and are great at getting themselves in gear and finding the motivation to go for a run or a hike or a swim by themselves. Others need a social aspect to activity, maybe even a competitive component. If you're the latter, you may want to look into a team sport. My favourite? Volleyball. I even had a stint on my eighth grade volleyball team, though I think that was a fluke because I'm not actually very good. But I have fun spiking and serving and volleying, and that's what counts, right?
