Kevin Federline Tries Therapy to Lose Weight
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment

Kevin Federline has gone from K-Fed to K-Fat, and now he's in therapy to try and shed some of the chub. But the former Mr. Britney Spears isn't going at it alone. Kevin Federline and his fellow overweight competitors from "Celebrity Fit Club" are in weight-loss therapy to try to ditch the pounds and leave the reasons they gained them behind.
While some may think it would be entertaining to be in a room with Federline, group leader and "High School Musical" star, KayCee Stroh tells E! that he's just one of the guys. "He's actually quite shy and quiet and soft-spoken. But when he pipes in, he's very funny and really witty." In addition to the group counseling sessions, Stroh says everyone on the show must keep a daily journal.
In case you missed it, "Celebrity Fit Club" is VH1's answer to reality weight-loss television. Eight celebs are divided into two teams competing to lose weight and get fit. In addition to Stroh, Federline's other teammates include Skid Row musician Sebastian Bach and Tanisha Thomas from "The Bad Girls Club."

According to TMZ, Federline will take part in the next "Celebrity Fit Club," where he'll be joined by Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert and Shar Jackson (you know, the other lady with whom he has children). And if you're dying to see what happens when the pompously-plump Federline encounters the famously-outspoken Brown, you're not alone.
Vh1's "Celebrity Fit Club" has featured such stars as plus-size model Mia Tyler, singer Carnie Wilson and actors Daniel Baldwin, Gary Busey and Bruce Vilanch. Keep up on the latest "Celebrity Fit Club" news with AOL Television.
Margaret Cho's 'Whatever' diet
Comedian Margaret Cho has been out of the spotlight for a few years now, but she's back, and she's 40 lbs lighter to boot, after years of dieting. So which wonderful diet program finally worked for Cho? None.
Cho admits to People Magazine that she eventually lost weight by eating whatever she wants -- including ice cream, chips, fries and pizza. But she did follow two rules: Eat only when hungry, and stick to small dinners, meaning breakfast and lunch are the big meals of the day. Says Cho: "When I was on crazy diets, I'd gain weight because I would binge on diet food! I learned that any restriction on the kind of food I was eating was going to be problem. By saying I can eat whatever I want, I don't crave it as much."
You know, eating junk food when you're trying to lose weight sounds kind of crazy, but I really think she has a point here. Your thoughts?
Actress Kelly LeBrock will never diet again
Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment, Nutrition & Supplements
Actress Kelly LeBrock, of 80s films Weird Science and The Woman in Red, no longer sports her famous size two figure. She doesn't even sport the trimmed down bod she got on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club -- LeBrock started the reality show weighing 175 pounds and signed off at 144 pounds. Nope, this hot mama -- who virtually starved herself to lose those TV pounds and exercised twice a day to keep the weight off -- vows to never diet again. While LeBrock may find herself cutting back on a few things -- mostly lasagna with crème béchamel sauce -- when her pants get a little snug, you won't find her striving for size two ever again. She won't weigh herself either.
"I could be like everyone else [in Hollywood] and stop eating," she tells PEOPLE magazine. "But that wouldn't make me happy."
Family Ties star welcomes baby, new body
Diet & Weight Loss, Celebs & Entertainment
You may remember her as Jennifer on the classic TV show Family Ties or as the 34-year old wife and mom struggling to lose weight on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club 4. What you should remember now is that Tina Yothers has made some pretty impressive health and fitness strides. She just had a baby on September 24, in fact, and at her five-month pregnancy mark, she weighed less than she did when she first stepped on the Fit Club scale.
Mom to an almost two-year-old daugther and two sons from her husband's previous marriage, Yothers says, "I was triple this size when I was pregnant with Lilly since I only worked out my hand and mouth."
What joy Yothers must be experiencing. A new baby boy -- Jake -- and a new body. Yothers, who says her weight loss is due to a modified NutriSystem diet and working out three days a week, arrived at a bikini-ready body last October. I think congrats are in order all around.
