Which superhero are you?

Let's pretend for a second that superheroes are real. Better still, let's pretend that you could be a superhero. Which would you be? Would you want super strength? Lightning speed? Be able to talk to aardvarks (I don't know ... maybe someone would want this power)? Or, what if the superhero you became was based on the person you already are?

That's the fun concept behind the website Which Superhero Are You? Answering such questions as "Are you very comfortable with your physique?", "Do you like to wear capes?", "Are you a fast runner?" and "Do you ever wear a push-up bra?" ends with a calculation of sorts, explaining which superhero you are most like.

While I thought it would have been cooler to be Batman, I ended up being more like Spider Man. Great, I'm the geek superhero. Maybe I should start wearing capes.

Look like a superhero with these three exercises

Have you ever wanted to look like a superhero? Well here's your chance! FitList has three exercises that will help you develop speed, strength, and agility -- three of Spiderman's signature superpowers. These exercises won't have you swinging between buildings or locating dangerous situations with your spidey-sense, but they will have you building upper body and core strength and putting your speed to the test.

And remember, Spiderman had to get bit by a radioactive spider to earn his superpowers. You, as a mere mortal, need to take this workout one day at a time. If you're a beginner, start slow and work you're way up. You'll be amazed at your progress and you'll be much less likely to injure yourself.
