Heidi Klum
Heidi Klum isn't afraid to show what she's got ... and not just on the Victoria's Secret Runway either. Klum says that in her house, the human body isn't something to be hidden. Klum credits her openness to her German upbringing. "People are pretty open with their bodies in Germany, and the children see you naked or in lingerie all the time so it's not a big deal for us."

Of course, having a body like Klum's certainly helps with confidence. And Klum doesn't come across her great figure without effort.
"You have to work out to be sexy," says Klum. "People always ask me how I stay in shape," continues Klum. "What really makes me do it is because I have a hot man waiting at home for me."

Motivation certainly is important for exercise. While the rest of us may not have Seal waiting at home, we all need motivation, too. What inspires you to exercise?

Finding folic acid is made easier for expectant moms

For the moms-to-be out there who are trying to include more folic acid in their diet, the March of Dimes recently created a seal to help finding foods rich in this B vitamin that much easier to spot.

Breads, flours, cereals and other foods must contain at least ten percent of the recommended daily intake of folic acid in order to be given the official Folic Acid for a Healthy Pregnancy seal. The seal itself is quite easy to notice; it's purple and white color scheme make it very different from the labels found on most food packaging.

In addition to helping to ensure a healthy pregnancy, consuming the recommended amount of folic acid can also help ward off stroke, heart attack, anemia, and certain types of cancers.

Heidi Klum gets trampy with Jimmy Kimmel

Heidi Klum has already extolled the virtues of the trampoline, citing it as one of the things that keeps her in supermodel shape. This week, when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel's talk show, she showed off her trampoline jumping skills -- and dragged Jimmy with her.

In fact, she encouraged him to take off his shoe and socks, which he initially refused to do, and for good reason -- when he finally took off his socks, some of his toenails were painted (apparently by Ben Affleck).

At any rate, Heidi proved to have some good moves on the trampoline, and Jimmy did a pretty decent job of staying on. While it might not have been the most efficient way to conduct an interview (we learned that Victoria Beckham would be a celebrity judge for the Project Runway finale, but that was about it), it sure was a lot of fun to watch. It was short, but if they'd gone for much longer, I would imagine they would've been fairly out of breathe. I mean, when's the last time you were on a big trampoline? It's a workout!

And let me just say, Heidi gets more likable every time she hits a talk show. She's fun, she's goofy, and seems to get along well with everyone, and now that she jumped on a trampoline with Jimmy Kimmel, I think I have a girl crush.

Playing with the kids helped Heidi Klum lose the baby weight

According to our sister site, ParentDish, gorgeous Heidi Klum is the newest face of the Jordache jeans campaign and she looks smokin' hot, despite having to lose the baby weight after giving birth to three kids. She looks amazing and I'm sure she has many mothers scratching their heads and wondering, "Just how did she do it ... ?"

Klum is insisting that it's all down to her busy lifestyle -- when she's not run off her feet with work, she's busy playing with the kids. In her own words:

"I have three children. That keeps you busy all the time. I work and we do a lot of things that are active. We work in the garden. We jump on the trampoline. I just started playing tennis with my husband. We climb in the tree house with the children. We go to the park and feed the ducks. We are always mobile."

What do you think? Is her perfect figure down to jumping on the trampoline and feeding ducks, or is there something she's not fessing up to, like having a big team of personal trainers and chefs to rely on?
