That's Fit: We all want to know Kim's absolute favorite lower-body moves, the ones she does at home and the ones she mastered on the set.
Jennifer Galardi: Kim loves backward lunges and the balancing "T" where she would lift one leg, balance on the other and lower her body until it was in a "T" formation. Some of her favorite body-sculpting moves are also the most popular in many other videos and in fitness classes across the country, the lunge and the traditional squat.

Kim Kardashian: What exactly do you do to stay so fit? I ask because we jealous women of the world want to know what we should do to look like you. I mean, it seems you don't exactly embrace the sort of diet and fitness lifestyle we keep hearing is key for keeping thin. And I know you have a biggish booty -- but it's firm, it's tight, it's not jiggly. We like that.You tell us here that you simply will not diet, because it makes you miserable. We hear you. Then you reveal that sleep and water keep you thin. We know this just can't be. We sleep. We drink water. Still, we don't look like you. Life & Style reports in the December 15 issue that you run for 30 minutes per day (is that enough?), eat tons of treats, (but only after filling up on healthy stuff first), and bake your own cookies and cakes (not exactly diet food, my friend).
Now, you do admit to being active -- with Olympic step-dad Bruce Jenner in your household, this makes sense. But come on. You've got a secret, and it's not as easy as sleep and water. Fess up, Kim. We need to know.

I can't wait to read the whole story -- all I have is a little scoop right now -- but the other night on some entertainment TV show, I heard that Kim Kardashian is claiming a good night's sleep and a lot of water keep her thin and trim. Yes, sleep is good and may even have a slimming side effect. Yes, water is good too -- it apparently revs up the metabolism. The two together: No doubt, a mighty force in all things health-related. Enough to battle the bulge all on their own, though? Not quite.Now, maybe Kardashian is doing everything else right -- eating well, exercising well -- and these are just two components of her overall healthy life. But the girl has admitted she loves junk food, and she just plain refuses to diet. And even though she's kicked her butt into high gear during her Dancing with the Stars training, I think we're missing something. Sleep. Water. That's just not enough. What else is this girl doing to look so hot?

Why Kim Kardashian won't diet
She says she wants to get her booty into shape for Dancing with the Stars. But Kim Kardashian will have to get a lot of exercise -- because she ain't gonna diet, according to a recent Interview with OK Magazine. 'I don't ever really diet because I don't want to be miserable. I love food,' says the 27-year-old star and self-proclaimed junk food addict, despite vowing to eat healthier in 2008.
And eat she does. At a recent photo shoot, she apparently wolfed down a taco, a cheeseburger, a hot dog, KFC and two donuts. She defends her eating habits by saying, 'I'm not your typical stick-skinny model. There are super-skinny girls doing ad campaigns and I don't think it's realistic. I don't like that [skinny] body image.'
I think it's great that she's showing the world that real women have curves, but her junk food-laden lunch menu is less than impressive. Yuck.

She's confident in who she is, and has a problem with the way so many women bend over backward to achieve the Hollywood standard of ideal beauty. Don't expect to see her at the plastic surgeon anytime soon!
Movie stars often are required to gain weight for a role, as Beyonce did recently in order to portray Etta James. While she enjoyed packing on the pounds (and being paid to do so), she was a little less thrilled when filming was over.

Kim Kardashian has vowed to eat better -- she loves junk food -- but she just can't seem to shake her bad eating habits. Even boyfriend Reggie Bush has been pushing her to take better care of her famous body. What will it take for Kardashian to get her butt in gear? Training for Dancing with the Stars, that's what.Kardashian is already in rigorous rehearsals for the show, and she hopes it's going to do her prized "booty" some good. She wants to firm it up, shape it up, tone it up. And she wants to sport the sexy thing in dance costumes that show a little skin. The better shape she's in, the more risqué her attire will get. Her first outfit is not so crazy -- it's just a ball gown, elegant and a little bit more covered up -- but it shouldn't be long before she's baring more and more. She's dancing eight hours a day with pro partner Mark Ballas and already, she's noticing changes in her figure.

See you later, Kerri Walsh -- it looks like beach volleyball superstar Misty May-Treanor will be trying out a new partner ... at least for this season's Dancing With the Stars. She's not only content to be the winningest beach volleyball female of all time, or to have two beach volleyball gold medals -- she wants to be the best dancer, too!I'm a little biased, since I'm a huge fan of Misty to begin with, but I have to say this is the most excited I've been for DWTS. While I enjoy seeing celebrities out there dancing, I like watching the athletes on the show even more. Seeing people with quick feet on the court or field translate that talent to dancing footwork is fascinating, and is a big reminder that athleticism comes in many forms.
Misty will be joined by fellow gold medal winner Maurice Greene, a sprinter, and retired football player Warren Sapp, along with Brooke Burke, Kim Kardashian, Susan Lucci, and others. Will you be tuning in?

Denise Richards might not look heavy to most of us, but she certainly thinks she needs to lose a few pounds. And will she do it by eating sensibly and working out -- you know, ways that will set a good example for her daughters? Oh hell no!In celebrity news that's a little more down to earth, Daisy Fuentes is in a really good place, and comfortable with her body. Of course, she has a fabulous body, so that might be part of it, but still, she has a very healthy outlook on aging from which many of us could take a cue.
Another celebrity with a fabulous figure is Mariah Carey. She has no problem showing it off, obviously, but how did she get it?

If we were playing a word association game, chances are that your response to "Kim Kardashian" would be some form of "booty." The girl has quite the derriere, there's no doubt. However, rumor has it that her boyfriend, Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints, wants her to lose a bit of that booty.Page Six reports that a source overheard Kim telling a friend that Reggie was "pushing her to work out hard." She's set to wrestle Carmen Electra in the upcoming, sure to be cringe-worthy flick Disaster Movie, so I think it's more likely that she's asked for his help in toning up before the shoot.
Kim has admitted that she has a hard time eating healthfully, so perhaps having her boyfriend involved in her fitness routine is giving her some necessary motivation. At least, I hope it's that -- working out should be for health and for one's own reasons, not because a boyfriend wants it. Do you agree?

Kim Kardashian told the world in January that she would cut down on junk food in 2008. Three months into the New Year, the star of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians says her diet just isn't getting any better."I figured just eating well would help me lose five pounds or so," says the 27-year-old. "It's so hard to eat well because I love so many unhealthy foods. I just can't stop eating junk. It's awful!"
While her diet may be out the window, Kardashian is sticking with her exercise routine to keep her famous figure in shape.
"I've got a personal trainer who keeps me active," she says. "I work my butt and legs just about every day, and I do cardio to burn fat. I've actually started videotaping my workouts so I can do them on the road. I'm going to start selling the videos soon on my Web site so that others can do the same workout that I do. They're short videos, but if you do them one right after the other, it's a really good workout."

When you're known for little else than being Paris Hilton's former sidekick, you've got to distinguish yourself from the socialite somehow, right? Kim Kardashian has done that a few ways -- with a sex tape, a reality show and now a nude spread in Playboy. How did she buff up for the shoot? The Fit List recently revealed her workout secrets. Kim looked pretty good before -- she walks lots and uses her Elliptical trainer every day -- but in addition, she toned up with these exercises:
- Lunges
- Sit-down squats
- Arm and leg opposition
- Push-ups
- Tricep dips
