Are you tired of hearing about Jennifer Lopez's triathlon yet? She completed it last weekend. Find out whether she crossed the finish line with flying colors or not here.
There's no doubt that Jennie Garth looks just as good on 90210 this time around as she did the first time the series aired, but to get her body in rocking shape, she's relying on one really interesting technique -- keeping her muscles confused.

Earlier this year, Jennie Garth had forgotten about her body. To see her now, though, you wouldn't have any idea -- she's holding her own on the new 90210 against all those hot young stars! So how'd she get her body in such great shape? By mixing it up!She's been working out with her husband, Peter Facinelli, using her trainer, Tony Horton's P90X DVDs, and she says, "Every day is different. One day is really hard yoga. Then arms and shoulders, legs, then karate. His program is made to confuse the muscles so you don't plateau. I feel better now than I ever have."
Not only does it sound like this routine keeps her muscles working, but it probably keeps the workouts fresh and fun, too! The training system she's referring to is available here for $119.95 -- sounds like quite a bit for a video, for me, but it's really a whole program including workouts and nutrition information.

She's confident in who she is, and has a problem with the way so many women bend over backward to achieve the Hollywood standard of ideal beauty. Don't expect to see her at the plastic surgeon anytime soon!
Movie stars often are required to gain weight for a role, as Beyonce did recently in order to portray Etta James. While she enjoyed packing on the pounds (and being paid to do so), she was a little less thrilled when filming was over.
