The Best Chests in Hollywood
Celebrities and Entertainment, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
According to People magazine's December 1 issue touting the "Sexiest Man Alive," the guys in this gallery have the best chests in Hollywood. I have to admit, they've done a really great job of choosing the winners in this category. The only one I can think of who may have been wrongfully left out is 50 Cent. But a ton of other hottie bodies were included, so we'll forgive the People folks for that oversight.
If you'd like to develop your chest to look like hard, rounded mounds of muscle, try some of the advanced push-ups in this video.

Food for thought from high-energy celebs

- Whoopi Goldberg stays energized by making healthy food and taking it wherever she goes to minimize temptation. While eating at someone else's house, she asks for very small portions. Good idea -- eating too much always weighs me down and makes me feel sluggish.
- Daniel Craig keeps up his strength by going to the gym every night when shooting Bond movies. He does as many of his own stunts too. His reward once shooting is over: Lying on a chaise lounge. Hey, relaxation is part of the whole feel-good package, right?
- Eva Mendes stays on top of things by running and keeping white flour and sugar out of her diet. It helps her feel better about herself.
- Gerard Butler just likes a good challenge. Give him one and he's invigorated.

We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs - Why Daniel Craig wants to get "fat and old"
We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs, Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment, Nutrition & Supplements

Our most recent James Bond, Daniel Craig, admits that he's somewhat obsessed with fitness, but that "he's got to stop doing it soon." Not too soon, I hope -- his fitness regime is keeping him in perfect shape to play everyone's favorite spy, especially when he's wearing nothing but some skimpy swimwear.
Of his James Bond body, Craig says, "You have to be psychologically happy to do a movie like this and I genuinely don't diet." He goes on to say that he eats full meals, three times a day, and even indulges in Guiness and red wine on occasion. "Otherwise," he says, "you go insane. You get into a stupid place. I'm obsessive enough about getting fit, it's ridiculous."
He claims that he's getting too old to keep it up, and says, "I have to start getting fat and old." I don't really think that's the case. He's certainly welcome to make that choice, but I know of a lot of celebrities older than 40 who continue to look ridiculously hot -- check them out in the gallery.

Men's Fitness names the 25 fittest guys in America: Tiger Woods takes top honors
What does it take to be named one of Men's Fitness magazine's top 25 fittest men in America? Of course it takes an amazing level of commitment to fitness, a killer physique, and maybe a little luck. However the list is decided upon, however, the result is the same -- 25 incredibly fit men from all walks of life.
The number one spot went to Tiger Woods for many reasons, among them the way he never settles for simply being the best -- he constantly works to make himself better. He made the world see golf as a sport for real athletes
It's not all that surprising that an athlete took top honors, but you might be surprised at who else placed. There's a chef, a presidential candidate, actors, and a regular guy off the street. Check out the galleries to see a few of the guys deemed fittest in America.
