Mar 4th 2011 3:44PM I AGREE!! Especially when there is NO progress!! I haven't run in days and the 5K is in May! I get extremely frustrated. My husband also needs to loose weight.I think if I can stay motived, he would get inspired but it doesn't happen! So when he eats, I eat! I could eat chicken and veggies for dinner but that won't fill him up so I eat what I make for him. Of course, being an emotional eater, when I get depressed about the whole thing, I reach for chocolate! Then feel guilty!! It's a never ending cycle and I really hate it!!
Dec 14th 2009 11:21AM I have very limited money. No gym in the area. I try to get up early and use the treadmill at home for about 30 minutes.

Jan 12th 2009 8:36AM I don't have much time at home and no gym in my area. I just bought a new treadmill. I get up by 5 am and walk 2 miles a day. I've been cutting down on portions and watching what I eat. I have already lost 4 pounds and 1 inch in about 2 weeks! Any extra help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Apr 17th 2007 12:29PM Any ideas?? Currently, I walk on a treadmill 1.25 miles at about 3 mph, do about 100 crunches with my knees/shins on the couch and about 30-40 leg lifts every weekday. On the weekends, I mow the lawn with a pushmower. I haven't moved an inch or a pound. I am 48 years old. HELP!
