Oct 13th 2010 5:34AM One thing to remember is that if you've neglected your body for 5 or 10 years it may take a few years to get back in shape. Ignore the commercials on TV that promise fitness in 2 weeks! Even if it takes years to loose the weight it took years to gain, every day you decide to move forward or fall back. Even though it may take a while to get back in shape you'll feel the positive effects soon after you start putting in the time. Also, try to think of eating as refueling, not entertainment... The only one that can take care of your body is you! It will be the best investment you ever make! You go girl!
