Aug 22nd 2010 6:54PM This has always been tough for me? How much is enough? I used to go jogging a lot to stay in shape, but as you guys know, this doesn't really entail any weight or muscle training.
The best solution that I've found so far is the Insanity Workout by Beachbody. You can do everything in your living room, you don't need any equipment (but you'll do a lot of body weight muscle training), and it helps you burn fat. I'm doing a review of the Insanity Workout here:
