Jan 19th 2013 6:55PM In our area this would probably call for a public meeting to discuss the plans for the site. This would also mean that everyone within 1000 feet of the edge of the property (on any side) would get a notice as to what was going on, so they could approve or disapprove, or voice their opinions. After that the "commissioners" would say ya or nay. And if it were turned down, the petitioners could then go to a Board of Adjustment. I still think it's a hazard to firemen, among many other safety providers.

Jan 19th 2013 3:45PM I agree that codes should be looked in to (i.e. fire codes, etc.( because this could be a potential hazard. After that, they should go about reviewing the building codes, becaause this is rediculous. In our city/county there is a limit as to how close you can build to a property line and/or the street, and it sure is far more than 12 inches!

Jun 2nd 2011 2:42PM The fertillity clinic is irresponsible for transplanting too many fetuses, if this is indeed the case. If any of the children survive, but have multiple setbacks/developmental problems, due to this arrogance, the clinic should be held responsible for their care, for the rest of their lives, NOT the tax-paying public!!!
