South Carolina Homeowner Says Facebook Photos Show Teens Broke Into Home, Threw Party {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 3rd 2012 4:29PM Roberta, you must be about 12. In my state what those kids did could have ended in their being shot and killed, if the homeowner were present. Nobody would mourn them, either.

Aug 2nd 2012 10:13PM Your lead-in headline said this design is "very unique." There are no degrees of uniqueness. Unique means one of a kind -- unmatched. To be "very unique" is like being "very dead" or "very pregnant." There is no such thing.

I Gave My Boyfriend 'A Night Off' -- With Another Woman {Lemondrop}
Apr 7th 2011 9:38PM People who love each other can give the gift of a night off with no harm to anybody. My wife and I have done that for decades. We will have our golden wedding anniversary in less than 5 years now. We still adore each other and remember those younger days with great affection.
I have called my wife to wish her good night using another woman's bedside telephone to thank her for loving me so much. The "other woman" seemed charmed. A good time was had by all.
Too bad so many of you are so selfish, but then I am married to the best of the best. There is nothing wrong at my house. You just have to know yourselves and each other.
Forty-four years and counting. I want to leave the computer now and go give her another hug.
Help! I Can't Get My Teen Out of Bed in the Morning Without Shouting and Drama! {ParentDish}
Mar 30th 2011 10:38AM No need to make a big fuss. I used to just add a few drops of cold water to my children's upturned ears. It doesn't hurt them, but it startles them into waking up. When feeling generous I would give a warning, but only one.
Years of Watching MMA Helped Heroic Joe Lozito Help End Murder Manhunt {MMA Fighting}
Feb 17th 2011 8:38AM Bshun3, if you think a knife-wielding man can slice and dice you before you could shoot him, you are just too slow on the trigger. I live in another state and have a concealed carry license. I "exercise" this license routinely. I wouldn't even have to take the pistol out of my pocket.

Feb 17th 2011 8:30AM To Assemblyman Bob Reilly who said that"violence begets violence," I would like to point out that the application of enough violence surely settled down Hitler and Tojo. It also settled the Punic Wars between Rome and Carthage.
Kashi TLC Soft-Baked Cookies Review {That's Fit}
Feb 3rd 2011 3:32AM The writer of this piece is really infatuated with the idea that "natural" is better and safer. Rattlesnake venom is 100% natural. Natural is usually a code word for something that is less refined, to use the author's expression. That just means less pure. Don't fall in love with nature. Nature has been trying to kill us since we were born. Nature immediately attacks us with billions of natural bacteria that our bodies have to fight continuously until they eventually overcome us.

Are You Dating a Man or a Boy? 10 Home Goods That Will Tell You {Lemondrop}
Jan 2nd 2011 9:02PM The real losers are the women who insist on tall and handsome men. On the other side of the ledger, the losers are the men who insist on Playboy centerfold women. I have been married happily for 45 years now, but in today's world I couldn't find someone like my wife. Both sexes are entirely too much all about themselves.
Boys, when the gal wants to rearrange the furniture every six months, look for the exits. She can't settle down on even something as trivial as furniture, so why do you think she'll stay with you?
Substance abusers for both sexes are always losers.
A partner who doesn't love his/her parents enough is a loser, but likewise for one who loves them "too much." Get some balance here.
A partner who has always had somebody cleaning up after his mistakes is a loser. Overly protective parents raise up coddled losers. When parents always defend a son or daughter against authority figures, you have a loser.
Did your partner ever take responsibility for anything, especially when quite young? (Paper route is a plus, so is scouting.)
Marriage is not easy, but after 45 years I can tell you it is highly worthwhile. Most of your success or failure come from mutual compatibility. My mother in law used to tell me that her daughter and I were cut out for each other. She was right, too.
