Locking Low Rider, Crossbar and Gunwale Bracket

Here's an up-close of the locking Low Rider tower, steel Crossbar and the L-shaped Gunwale Bracket (designed to hold a canoe). To move the Low Rider up or down the factory rail, simply unlock the Low Rider and turn counterclockwise a few times to loosen. Then re-tighten and snap back down -- no tools required.
