Gymnastics: Strengthen your arms like Nastia Liukin!

Gymnasts need a strong upper body and core, and there's nothing like push-ups to get both in shape. Start out doing as many push-ups as possible without breaking form. Give yourself a short rest, then go for 2/3 your first number. Rest, then go for 1/3. If you're feeling good and have time left, start over! Gymnastics is also a good reminder to stretch, so if you don't feel like doing much strength work, at least get on the floor and stretch your hamstrings, lower back, and anything else that feels tight.
