Swimming: Strengthen your back and core like Michael Phelps!
Lie on your stomach and tighten your core. Reach your arms out in front of you and stretch your feet back behind you. Lift your hands, head, shoulders, and legs off the floor, and "paddle" your arms while alternating controlled leg kicks. Make sure to breathe. If you can go through the whole commercial break, great! If not, break it into the largest sets you can manage with a short break in between.
