Beach Volleyball: Jump like Kerri Walsh!

During commercial breaks, three sets of ten squat jumps. Keep your hands by your shoulders so all the power comes from your legs, and make sure you go all the way down into a squat before bursting straight up into the air. To modify, try jumping (and landing) on just one leg, or do frog jumps (touch the ground between your feet in between jumps).
