Myth #2: You can catch the flu from getting the vaccine

It's downright impossible to catch the flu from the vaccine. Injected vaccines only contain dead viruses, which can't make you sick, and the FluMist vaccine (inhaled) contains live viruses but they are genetically engineered to remove the parts that cause illness.
