The Bottom Line.

In most cases, fresh is best, but that doesn't mean you can't take advantage of the convenience a freezer offers, particularly to those of us who lives in places where fresh isn't always available. But like the other aisles at your grocery store, the frozen foods section is loaded with tempting, bad-for-you choices. Read the labels, use your healthy common sense and you'll do just fine.
