Pizza.

Not all frozen pizzas are created equal. Sure, the greasy deep dish meat lovers pie might be off limits, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a slice of the healthy variety. Pizzas with thin, preferably whole wheat crusts are much better for you than thick, doughy ones, and if you opt for veggies on your pizza and go easy on the cheese, it can be a complete meal. We're particularly fond of the Kashi brands of pizza. But make sure you read the labels -- a serving of pizza is one or two slices tops, so while a bit is ok, eating the while pizza isn't such a good idea.
