Edamame is soy delicious.

Pronounced ed-a-mah-may, this wonder veggie might be hard to say, but it's easy to see why people love it -- it's high in fiber and protein and low in fat and calories. Edamame is a fancy name for a variety of soy bean that is served either in its pod or shelled. Edamame is available in Japanese restaurants as well as your grocer's freezer -- boil them, top with a little sea salt and you've got a delicious and nutritious side dish
