Burgers with a twist.

When convenience is important, grab a pack of lean chicken, turkey or veggie burgers for a quick, yummy meal. With less fat than your regular beef burgers, these burger alternatives are high in essential protein. Pair them with some tomato and avocado slices, a bit a mustard and whole wheat bun and you've got yourself a delicious dinner. Do your research though -- read the nutritional facts to make sure you're getting the leanest burgers possible, and avoid the breaded ones.
