Frozen Berries.

Frozen berries are a perfect centerpiece of a healthy breakfast -- throw some into a protein shake or smoothie, or thaw them and serve them over some whole wheat waffles of high-fiber cereal. They're also ideal for a quick dessert -- use them as a topping for frozen yogurt, or blend them into a homemade sorbet. One rule of thumb: opt for the unsweetened variety. You can also add a little sugar later but if you buy them drenched in a sweet syrup, you can't take the sugar out.
