What about orthorexia (you know, excessive focus on super-healthy eating)? Do you worry about people taking your idea of eating well to be healthy and fit to an extreme?
Rory: You can get too much of a good thing. Obsessing about your diet or over-exercising will not make you a Skinny Bitch, it will make you a scrawny one. While being overweight can have serious health implications, so can be underweight. Like everything else in life, with diet and exercise there needs to be a healthy balance.
