Swiss Chard
Vitamins K, A and C, manganese, magnesium, potassium, and iron are just a few of the nutrients Swiss chard provides. Wrap Swiss chard leaves around a mix of wild rice and diced veggies and bake with a little olive oil. Or just saute with olive oil and garlic as a side dish. Sauteed swiss chard is also a great addition to a pasta dish.
