Omega 3 fatty acids

DHA and EPA are two beneficial fats found in Omega 3 fatty acids. Fish is your best source, but it's necessary to stay away fish that contains high levels of mercury (such as tilefish and tuna). Salmon is a good source. You can also check with your doctor about supplements.
