Vodka and ... well, anything without sugar
A shot of vodka -- or gin if that's more your style -- has about 60-70 calories. Pair it with a calorie-free mixer like diet soda, sugar-free cranberry juice or soda water and you've got yourself a waist-friendly concoction. But be careful to avoid one deceptive mixer: Tonic water. It's high in sugar, so stick to diet tonic instead.
