Set Yourself Straight!
Your posture, that is. Stand in a mirror and make a checklist by reviewing the following:-Are your shoulders pulled back and chest open? Or are your shoulders rolled forward? Pull your shoulders back, open your chest and stand proud.-Are your hips tilted backwards causing your belly to "fall" forward? Tip your tail bone forward while at the same time opening your chest, will flatten your belly, even activate those ab muscles if you do it just right.-Stand with your side to the mirror. Is your chin jutting forward causing an excessive curve in your upper neck? Pull your chin in and imagine a string at the top of your head pulling you up straight! * And relax and feel confident. Work on your posture. It will be hard work at first, but eventually your muscles will cooperate and hold your body up in a more flattering, slimming posture!
