Be safe and be prepared

Working out or trying a new sport in an unfamiliar area can be dangerous if you don't do the proper preparations. If you're going to be outdoors understand the weather for the area, make sure you have accurate maps, familiarize yourself with local wildlife and insects (especially those that may be aggressive or poisonous), and if you're going off by yourself let somebody know where you're headed and when you'll be back.
