Tea is a life-extending beverage. So is moderate wine intake (five ounces a day for women and 10 0 ounces for men) which can also minimize the risk of heart disease. Coffee? It's a health food too and can help prevent diabetes, gallstones, Parkinson's disease, cirrhosis, kidney stones, and yep, even heart disease.
